    NEG - Two's Complement Negation
     
        Usage:  NEG     dest
        Modifies flags: AF CF OF PF SF ZF
    
        Subtracts the destination from 0 and saves the 2s complement of
        "dest" back into "dest".

    NOP - No Operation (90h)
     
        Usage:  NOP
